Niseko Backcountry Tours
It doesn't get much better than this in the backcountry... first tracks, wide open turns with gret snow! Our client's yesterday on our Mt Chizenupuri and Mt. Nitonupuri tour enjoyed some of the best conditions of this season. After a 2 hour hike up Chizenupuri, it was rewarded with first tracks down the north face toward Mt. Nitonupuri. After a quick bite to eat and slipping on our hiking seals it was back up to the top of Mt. Nitonupuri for the start of our afternoons runs. Contact NOASC for information on our backcountry tours.

Rusutsu Sidecountry Tree Runs 14th Feb. 注目

Niseko Backcountry Tours - Rusutsu
Without several days without good snowfalls the Rusutsu trees lived up to there name...snow! Our client's yesterday on our Rusutsu Sidecountry tour. They enjoyed some of the best conditions found over the last several days. After a 40 minute drive from Niseko, everyone was rewarded with first tracks down the trees on Mt Isola.  Contact NOASC for information on our backcountry tours.

Moiwa Private Lift Access Backcountry Tour - Lots of POWDER!

NOASC Lift Access Backcountry Tour in Moiwa
The day started with the snow continuing to come down at around 2cm per hour after an overnight dumping of around 30cm+ (12"+). Once at Moiwa the lift line was bigger than normal with everyone anticipating great powder turns. Well...Everyone wasn't disappointed. It was steep and deep. More snowfalls forecast in the next couple of days again.

Still Powder...NOASC Iwanai CAT Skiing/Boarding Tour

NOASC Iwanai CAT Skiing Tours
Client's were still relishing in the powder even after several days of limited snowfalls in Niseko. Out came the big guns (long boards) and the crew put them to good use. Definitely, the trees were the place to ride throughout the day.

Private Lift Access Backcountry Tour for European Guest
One of yesterday's Private Lift Access Backcountry tours went over Niseko Annupuri, Iwaonupuri, Koiwaonupuri and Nitonupuri mountains with a marthorn effort. Anna for Euorpe was a seasoned touring vetran with the strength and stamina to show for it. Great weather and new snowfalls over night set the scene for great turns and smiles all day long.

Today's guest enjoy great open turns and deep powder runs on the Niseko Mountain range with our guides Ishi and Satome. With fresh snowfalls over night and the sun shining for most of the day...great turns in the backcountry were experienced by all.
