NOASC's Mission Statement:
To continually strive for excellence in all fields of venture...To provide an adventure experience that enables participants to develop ideas, values, attitudes and beliefs that will help one in achieving his or her goals in life.

Coaching Philosophy:
To teach swimmers how to swim faster and compete to the best of their ability, in the safest, best possible environment.



Club objectives:
For Participants:

1)    To offer learn to swim lessons to swimmers that cannot yet enter the Kutchan Swimming Club, and

2)    To offer the Kutchan Swimming Club Junior (Intermediate) level members access to an additional training session(s) per week.

Performance:
To have all swimmers swim faster, more efficiently and to succeed in competitions.

            Certified International Silver level Swimming Coach.
            Certified Bronze Level Swimming Coach.
            Certified Green Level Swimming Coach.
Certified Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Professional Membership in the Australian Swimming Coaches an Teachers Association(ASCTA)
