Ski, Telemark & Snowboard Lessons

NOASC Group lesson
Our Niseko HIrafu Ski Resort based school caters for all levels of skiers, snowboarders and Telemarkers. Choose from beginner, intermediate, advanced, or teen lessons. NOASC group lessons are run with small client numbers giving you more time to refine your technique, under the watchful eye of your instructor.

Depending on your lesson choice, our qualified instructors will introduce beginners to the necessary basics needed to get you enjoying your skiing/snowboarding in no time at all, or give you the right advice to help improve your technique, while having fun.

Based on your age, experience and ability we will place you in a lesson group consisting of clients of the same level. By doing this it allows you not only to learn from your instructor, but to learn from your fellow skiers/snowboarders/telemarkers in your group.

NOASC Private Lesson
Get the most out of your lesson and maximize your time with personal instruction from one of our qualified Instructors. We offer Adult or Kids private lessons at flexible times. Choose from Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced lessons.

Kids Program

Kids Snow Adventures This program is specifically designed for kids. Our experienced Instructors have the kids enjoying themselves with various other activities. The one day program includes lunch. Winter Rafting

Experience a totally different adventure, at a relaxing pace, while taking in some of Niseko's beautiful winter scenery. Wearing drysuits, gloves, wetsocks, gumboots, etc., consuming a beverage and snack, and some adrenaline rushes; makes for more than a hot tour.

Snowcaving and Making a Snowman

Snowcaving
Learn the ins and outs of how to make your own snowcave. Our Instructor will take you through the steps on how to construct your own snow home. For the adventurous why night stay the night?

Make a Snowman
This activity is great fun for the whole family. Learn how to make a gaint snowman with the help and guidance from our staff. Decorate him with varying outfits and finish off with a family portrait photo. A great memory for the family.

Ski Snowboard and Telemark Backcountry Tours in Niseko, Rusutsu, Annupuri, Hokkaido, Japan

NOASC(Niseko Outdoor Adventure Sports Club)

Join a NOASC Ski, Snowboard, Telemark Backcountry tour here in Niseko, Rusutsu, Kiroro, etc. Be it a private tour, or a group, hike up, take in the brilliant view, then strap/clip in, and experience some wide Niseko deep powder, untracked, etc., open turns.

Let NOASC's qualified (Canadian Avalanche Operations Level 1, etc) and experienced guides (running tours since 1993 in Hokkaido) pass on their knowledge of the area, whilst showing you the thrills and the excitement of a backcountry tour.

NOASC runs five types of backcountry Tours with many different variations for your enjoyment:
1) Backcountry Tour (standard tour) - minimum 1 day in length.
2) Private Backcountry Tours - 1 Day tour for individuals and/or private groups.
3) Lift Access Backcountry tours - Half & 1 Day tours accessing the backcountry from resort lifts.
4) Mt. Yotei Backcountry Tour - 1 Day hike then approx. 1700m of vertical to the bottom.
5) CAT Skiing Tour - Iwanai or Weiss Ski Areas; for small groups 4-8 persons.
